Privacy Policy
This policy covers the NightCat Lab website and NightCat Lab Studio, a private internal tool the channel owner uses to publish and manage the NightCat Lab YouTube channel.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not collect any personal information. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of a normal web request.
NightCat Lab Studio and YouTube API Services
NightCat Lab Studio uses YouTube API Services. It is not offered to the public: its only user is the channel owner, and it only accesses the owner's own YouTube channel, with the owner's OAuth consent. By using it, the owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Through YouTube API Services, the tool:
- uploads videos, thumbnails and subtitles that the owner has approved to the owner's channel;
- reads public comments on the owner's own videos, so the owner can review them and reply;
- reads aggregate statistics for the owner's channel (such as views, watch time and subscriber changes) for a private weekly summary.
Comment text and commenters' public channel names are processed only to prepare that summary for the owner. They are not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or combined with data from other sources.
Storage and security
Data is stored only on the owner's own computer. OAuth tokens are kept in the operating system's encrypted keychain. API data is refreshed or deleted in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and comment data is deleted within 30 days.
Revoking access
The tool's access to the YouTube account can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. If you are a viewer and would like a comment-related record removed, contact us and we will delete it.

NightCat Lab Studio 與 YouTube API 服務

- 讀取經營者自己影片下的公開留言，供經營者查看與回覆；
- 讀取經營者頻道的彙總數據（例如觀看次數、觀看時長、訂閱變化），整理成只給經營者看的每週摘要。
留言內容和留言者的公開頻道名稱，只用來為經營者整理摘要；不會出售、不會提供給第三方、不會用於廣告，也不會和其他來源的資料合併。
儲存與安全
資料只存放在經營者自己的電腦上，OAuth 授權憑證存放在作業系統加密的鑰匙圈中。API 資料依照 YouTube API 服務開發者政策定期更新或刪除，留言資料在 30 天內刪除。
撤銷授權
可隨時在 Google 帳戶安全性設定 撤銷本工具對 YouTube 帳戶的存取權。如果你是觀眾，希望刪除與你的留言有關的紀錄，請與我們聯絡，我們會刪除。
